Getting Started
Please email us with your interest in Babies On The MOVE physical therapy services. We will perform an initial phone consultation to learn about your child and your concerns to determine if Babies On The MOVE physical therapy services are appropriate. We will schedule a physical therapy evaluation in the comfort of your own home to discuss your concerns and complete a comprehensive assessment of your child. From the evaluation findings, we will develop a plan of care with you for future visits and recommended home activities.
insurance Reimbursement
Babies On The MOVE is not contracted with any particular healthcare insurance providers, which allows us to bring affordable expert physical therapy directly to you. Your costs may be reimbursed by insurance if your plan covers physical therapy services and allows you to see an out of network provider. Most often, insurance plans reimburse out of network care at a rate that is equivalent to a typical office co-payment charged for physical therapy. Babies On The MOVE will provide you with the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement at your request. Additional information
do i need a referral from my child's doctor?
A physician's referral is not necessary to initiate services. North Carolina allows direct access to physical therapy services without need for a referral from a physician.
Do you travel to my area?
Babies On The MOVE provides pediatric physical therapy services in the triangle area of North Carolina.
what type of payment do you accept?
Babies On The MOVE accepts payments in the form of check or electronic transfer.
how long do the sessions last?
An evaluation is typically 60-75 minutes and treatment sessions are typically 45-60 minutes.
cancellation policy
At Babies On The MOVE, we value your time and travel to you. Due to the traveling nature of our business, we ask that you please provide 24 hour notice in the event that you need to cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled without 24 hour notice will be subject to a $25 fee.
sick policy
When children are ill, they require rest to recover. If your child is sick or has a fever, they will not get the most out of their therapy. Please contact us to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
