Rebecca Quinones and Rachel Gandy are both board certified Pediatric Clinical Specialists in Physical Therapy. Rebecca and Rachel received their doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy from Duke University and together have more than thirty years of experience in their field.  They are both certified in pediatric Neuro-Developmental Treatment.
